Shipping policy

 

-Our ONLINE RETURN policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or store credit.
 
**All exchanges/return requests must first   be approved before being returned**

-To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Underwear & socks are not eligible for return.
 



SHIPPING:
Unless Probus agrees/issues a 'paid' return label for the item/s you are requesting to return you  will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs  and for returning your item/s.
'Initial Shipping' cost are non-refundable.

DUTIES & TAXES/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders subject to Duties & taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be sure of the duties & taxes imposed in your region before making a purchase by  contacting  your local customs office.


Once an order is shipped & in transit we have no control over what duties & taxes  may imposed on your order.

If you decide to return your international order please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus the duties & taxes that were charged at the time your order was placed.These fees will  be deducted  from your returned item once we receive & inspect your order.In most instances, the cost to retrieve the items back to PROBUS  will be more than the value of the actual product(s). In these instances, the package will be abandoned and there will not be any reimbursement. We will reach out to you before a package is abandoned to facilitate payment of duties/taxes so you can retrieve the item(s). This will also apply to any refused packages. Please note that refused packages are a choice by the buyer and that most chargeback and PayPal cases in these scenarios are successfully challenged by our customer service department.
