ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via UPS or USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $200 (before tax). Orders under that amount will have a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location, but you can view rates at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact support@probus.nyc as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also track your order through your Probus NYC account if you created one.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items with all tags attached. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email support@probus.nyc with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Q: Are sale items eligible for return?
A: Final sale items, underwear, and socks are not eligible for return or exchange. All other discounted items may be returned for store credit unless otherwise noted.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Q: I received the wrong item or a damaged product — what should I do?
A: Contact support@probus.nyc right away with photos, and we’ll make sure it’s corrected immediately.

 

PRODUCTS & SIZING

Q: Are your products authentic?
A: 100%. Probus NYC is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry — including Purple Brand, Represent, Ksubi, Flaneur, Diesel, and more.

Q: How do I find my size?
A: Each brand may have slightly different fits. We recommend checking the product description for fit notes or emailing us for size guidance.

Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Many of our pieces are limited, but we occasionally restock bestsellers. Follow us on Instagram (@probus.nyc) or download our app for restock alerts.

Q: Are all items listed online available in-store?
A: Most products are available both online and at our store, but availability can vary. We suggest calling or emailing ahead if you plan to visit for a specific item.

 

APP & DISCOUNTS

Q: How does the app discount work?
A: When you shop through the Probus NYC App, you’ll receive 15% off your first in-app order — automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.

Q: Can I use multiple discount codes?
A: Only one discount can be used per order. App discounts and promo codes cannot be combined.

Q: How can I download the Probus NYC App?
A: Our app is available on both the App Store and Google Play — just search “Probus NYC.”

Q: Do you offer in-store pickup?
A: Yes! You can select “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll email you once your order is ready for collection.

A: No worries. Just contact our support team at support@probus.nyc, and we’ll help you confirm whether your order is linked to an existing account or if you need to create one.
