Made-to-order items are non-refundable. Instead, we will produce and ship a replacement piece at our own cost in the following cases:
- the parcel was lost by courier (proof will be provided by the courier after an investigation)
- you have received a wrong product (please inform us on the mistake and ship the item back within 14 days from its delivery following our return shipping instructions)
- you have received a defective item* (please inform us on the defect and ship the piece back within 14 days from its delivery following our return shipping instructions)

- we are unable to produce a replacement item (a reason will be provided)

You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, after sending a purchased item back, provided that it is unworn, undamaged and all the labels and packaging are kept. If you wish to receive a different size, please specify that in your request and we'll produce a replacement for you after receiving a return.
